Peter Ien baking art course took place n wonderful cozy “Compote” culinary studio in Almaty, where “GRANUM” brand appeared as a partner. The program of the Honkonger famous by baking of Viennoiserie-croissants, danishes, brioches, turnovers and panettone comprised the culinary art elements starting with sour dough. Knowledge presentation considered also amateurs and comprised explanation of all the details starting with dough kneading and ending with author techniques of one of the best world cake bakers.
